Computer can be functioned with three steps which can be categorised as input, output and processing system. The function of the computer is used in order to input, output, store and process the data or information in the computer system.
Input system refers to the communication between an information processing system (such as a computer), and the outside world possibly a human, or another information processing system. Input system is used in order to input the information in the computer. Information can be stored in the computer with the help of the hardware like keyboard, mouse, scanner, drives and so on.
Output system is used in order to display the information from the computer.Information can be displayed from the computer with the help of the hardware like monitors, printers and so on.
Processing system is used in order to process the information in the computer in order to display the information or data from the computer or to store the data or information in the computer for the further use.
